Faulty or Damaged Items
We are committed to ensuring that you receive high-quality products. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please review the process below for handling faulty or damaged items.
Upon Arrival
- Parcel Check: Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery for any potential damage or faults.
- Reporting Window: You must report any faulty or damaged items within 14 days of delivery.
How to Report
- Contact Us: Email our team at hello@cbdmalta.mt with your order number.
- Evidence: You must include clear images of the fault or damage.
- Return Arrangement: After verifying your email, we will arrange for the return of the item if necessary.
Note: All returned items must be inspected within 10 days of arrival at our facility before a replacement or refund is issued.
Unwanted Items / Change of Mind
Strict No-Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products (consumables, health & wellness), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted items or change of mind once the order has been processed or delivered.
Please ensure you have selected the correct products before completing your purchase. Once a product has left our facility, we cannot guarantee its integrity if returned, and therefore cannot resell it.
Wrong Item Received
If you have received an incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will resolve it immediately.
Resolution Process
- Immediate Check: Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
- Contact: Email hello@cbdmalta.mt with photos of the wrong item received.
- Exchange: We will arrange for the collection of the incorrect item and strictly dispatch the correct order at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Our dispatch process is extremely fast (often within minutes for Wolt deliveries).
- Wolt Orders: Once an order is accepted by a driver, it cannot be cancelled.
- Standard Delivery: If you wish to cancel, please contact us strictly within 15 minutes of placing your order. After this window, the order may already be processed.
